Cadence is in development. This notice separates early-access requests on this website from the data used by the app.
Early-access requests
The waitlist form sends your email address to Cadence’s backend. It uses Resend to send a website waitlist notification to cadence@serticode.com, including your address so we can reply about early access.
Serticode uses your request to manage early access and contact you about Cadence’s launch. To withdraw your request or ask for removal, email cadence@serticode.com from the address you used.
The website preview
The conversation example shows prewritten replies. Changing its tone runs in your browser. The example does not submit a conversation, create a style profile, or generate a live AI reply.
The website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Fonts are served directly by this website. The hosting provider may process request information when serving the website.
Data in the developing app
The app processes account information, writing samples, style profiles, conversation context, and usage information to provide its features. App data is stored locally and account data is synchronised with the backend. Generation requires network access.
Writing samples can contain personal details about you or other people. Share only content you have permission to provide, and remove sensitive details that are unnecessary for the request.
What AI providers can receive
To generate a suggestion, Cadence can send the conversation context, your chosen tone, style-profile information, and selected excerpts from your writing to an AI provider. Original text can be included. Structural writing metrics and recurring phrases are also personal information.
The provider used and its processing terms must be disclosed for the released service. This development notice does not claim that provider processing is anonymous or that all content stays on your device.
Managing your data
The app includes controls for managing writing samples and deleting an account. Provider retention, backup handling, and the final deletion schedule need to be confirmed in the release notice. For a data request now, contact Serticode directly.

For access, correction, removal, or questions about processing, email cadence@serticode.com. Avoid including private conversations in the initial email.
This is the development-stage website notice. The released app needs a complete privacy notice with its providers, retention periods, and applicable rights before public launch.
